Course Scheduling FAQs

Q1: How do I enroll in the course?

A: You can enroll online by selecting service page, selecting your preferred course date and completing the registration process. You will receive a confirmation email of your purchase. We will then contact you to confirm class date.

Q2: Can I change my course date after registering?

A: Yes! You can reschedule your course up to 2 days before the start date, subject to availability. Please contact us team to make changes.

Q3: What happens if I miss a class/session?

A: If you miss a live session, you may have the option to attend a makeup class if available.

Q4: Are there specific start dates for the course, or can I start anytime?

A: Yes, classes are only available once per month, usually last week of every month.

Q5: How long do I have access to the course materials?

A: You will have access for 6 months after enrollment. Live courses may have limited access to recordings for review purposes.

Q6: Do I need any prior experience to take the course?

A: No prior experience is required! This course is designed for beginners and those looking to enhance their bartending skills.

Q7: What if I have a scheduling conflict after I enroll?

A: If you need to change your schedule, please notify us at least 3 days in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Payment & Refund FAQs

Q8: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.

Q9: What is your refund policy?

A: Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • For Silver Members only Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of purchase and before accessing the course.

  • For Gold members partial  refund of 75% if canceled within 48 hours of purchase and before accessing the course.

  • No refunds after 2 days or once course materials have been accessed/shipped/downloaded/.

Q10: How do I request a refund?

A: To request a refund, email bartabpa@swb-group.com with your full name, order number, and reason for the refund request. Refund processing may take 7 business days.

Q11: Can I transfer my course registration to someone else?

A: Yes, you can transfer your enrollment to another person at least 7 days before the course starts. Contact our support team for assistance.

Q12: What happens if the course is canceled by the provider?

A: If we cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Q13: Do you offer payment plans?

A: Yes, we offer installment plans through Klarna, Afterpay. See payment options at checkout.
